- Do you charge to obtain certificates for me?
No - it is part of our service to assist you with obtaining any certificates that you require to finalise your name change. However, any fees appplicable to obtain same are due & payable by you.
- I don't have a Credit Card, can I still purchase your products?
Most definitely,please email info@changename.com.au for bank deposit details.Payment can also be made via cheque or money order.
- I can't find my Marriage Certificate, am I still able to change my name?
Yes, as part of our service, we can assist with obtaining certificates that may be required to change your name.Please email info@changename.com.au for further details.
- Will you also change my address for me?
Yes, by purchasing either our Online Advance or Online Premium Kit, our specially designed forms allow for notification of address changes for both residential & postal to the organisations that you nominate.
- My personal information is confidential - do you keep any records?
No,we do not ask for account numbers, passwords, log ins etc. However, the information that you provide to Change Name in order to complete the purchase that you have made is used soley for that purpose. Any personal information that is no longer required by Change Name will be destroyed. Change Name will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that such destruction is undertaken in such a manner so as to protect the unauthorised disclosure of personal information to third parties.
- Can I change my Christian name only or do I have to change both names?
It is up to you as to whether you wish to change one or both names.
