Change Name Gift Vouchers are available for either of our products. All you need to do is complete the form below for the product you wish to purchase and follow the steps. Payment can be made via secure credit card gateway,bank deposit, cheque or money order.

Change Name Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of six months from date of purchase and can be upgraded to the next product simply by paying the difference. Change Name Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash; however, they can be transferred to another person.

Change Name will forward the gift voucher in an attractive envelope to either yourself or the recipient.

A receipt will be issued to you confirming the purchase. One of our friendly sales consultants will liaise closely with the recipient to ensure the voucher is used within the specified time and to offer any assistance that may be required.
